Postpartum Support
Postpartum isn’t just the few weeks or months after giving birth to a baby, it truly is a part of the rest of your life. Pregnancy, labor, birth, and nursing all leave their mark on a person’s body and mind. As your doula it would be my purpose to help you feel nourished, rested, and heard throughout this period of recovery, of change, and of rebirth for yourself, your baby, and your whole family.
My goal is to complement the existing dynamics in your household. That will look different for every client! During our consultation I will ask you questions to help figure out what support might help you the most.
Some examples of how I can help support you and your family include…
